Sarah is launching her new book Hiking with Kids New England so she’ll be signing copies and sharing her “unhinged tips” on what NOT to do when hiking with the kiddos. Leave the little ones at home with a sitter and have a parents only night in Kittery Foreside! We’ll have a signature trail-inspired cocktail to toast Sarah’s hard work and a trail mix bar to snack on.
Books will be available to purchase from the author and everyone who purchases one will be entered to win a “Parents Who Hike” prize pack including a Topo Mountain Hip Pack from Kit Supply + Co. stuffed with Sarah’s hiking essentials!

Hiking with Kids New England offers up new and exciting adventures for parents and their elementary school-age kids alike. Organized around location, for ease of knocking out all of those "bucket list" places, the book features 50 day hike locations, with each hike featuring color photos and a map. As is standard with FalconGuides, all the basic information--from trailhead GPS to best times to go to fees and contacts--will be there, along with trail descriptions geared directly for the kids.
Sarah will be doing a hilarious and somewhat unhinged presentation on how to NOT hike with children. Cocktails and a trail mix bar will be available!
